Lettings Apprentice

Salary: On application
Hours: 30 hours per week
Location: Head Office, Walsall

Main Responsibilites

Work alongside other Lettings administrators to ensure a smooth day – to – day running of the department. Reporting to the Lettings Team Leader.

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities;

  • Taking calls, emailing messages, booking appointments
  • Updating housekeeping database daily and sending it to line manager at the end of shift
  • Tenancy renewals, utility management for landlords and tenants
  • Using CFP Vebra Premise software to add/update property/tenant details
  • Gas certs: booking, scanning, filing, forwarding to landlords
  • Confirming appointments
  • Invoices: uploading on Vebra, filing
  • Contacting landlords and tenants regarding repairs issues and passing messages on
  • Requesting inventories, inspections & lettings boards
  • SOPs, E Learning, Archiving, Answerphone
  • To meet all department set KPI’s
  • To complete any other task commensurate with the role

  • NVQ 2 Business Administration
