Onboarding & Business Support Administrator

Location: Walsall, West Midlands

Based in a spirited multi-disciplinary Business Support team, your main area of responsibility will be linked to Learning & Development.

Job role / duties;

  • Administration & co-ordination of training across the business
  • Follow up on inductions & courses
  • Ensure employee databases are up to date & all new starters have been added
  • Liaise with employees, managers and SMT to ensure adherence to L&D process
  • Assist with Recruitment & On-boarding
  • Assist with contracts & follow up
  • Conduct branch visits for onsite training
  • Business administration


To Be Considered For This Role You MUST

  • Be an experienced administrator/co-ordinator
  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Be thorough & organised
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence
